A 10% deposit on the rental charge for all bookings more than 12 months in advance. A further 10% deposit will be required 12 months before your date of arrival.
A 20% deposit is required if your stay is less than 12 months away.
The balance of your booking is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A pre-arrival booking form is required to be completed for all bookings.
A security deposit of £200 is applicable to every booking, of which £150 is refundable if the property is left in a good state. The £50 is used to purchase an insurance policy to cover any damage. Excessive trash or additional cleaning will be charged from your security deposit.
