This property is self-service-meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
A starter kit may be requested to be purchased when booking.
A security deposit of £200 is applicable to every booking, of which £150 is refundable if the property is left in a good state. The £50 is used to purchase an insurance policy to cover any damage. Excessive trash or additional cleaning will be charged from your security deposit.
A BBQ is available at the property, but must be left it a clean state or will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests are requested to replenish the gas if needed.
Please note there is a noise restriction from 11pm until 7am on the community
